Well said that man. Alas many firms are guilty of offering ‘Business Continuity’ when they really mean ‘Disaster Recovery’, but then, everybody likes a buzzword.

It really is a difficult point to get across – there’s lots of “It won’t happen to me” attitude (which is fair enough), but mention ‘Business Continuity’ and eyes glaze over!
